BOOKING

Before you ask to play at our series, please read the following information.

• We do between 18 and 20 concerts a year. Some months we get that many requests or more. If you aren't a well known artist there's not much chance we can book you.
• Don't give up hope - we do hold several house concerts each year to introduce new artists in the area. Just remember the long odds of a stage concerts shrink even lower for a house concert.
• We book a year in advance. There is NO chance of a concert "in a couple of months when you're in the area."
• If you aren't completely discouraged by now, we do listen to every CD we get and once in a while one takes our fancy. If you want to take a chance, send your demo to the snail mail address above.
• We prefer CDs since time is limited. You have a much greater chance of being listened to if we can do it while making dinner or driving around town. Multitasking is the order of the day!
• Fancy packaging and such are meaningless unless the music is so great it grabs the ear and makes us listen. Concentrate on the music, we don't care if the CD was burned on your computer or stamped in a factory.
• Our opening acts are almost always local, we seldom book out-of-town openers unless they are traveling with the main artist.
